Swapnakoode Galaxy Apartments is the signature project of M/s Regal Homes, signaling our entry into the new segment of apartment projects. This project promises to give our new breed of young customers who are either employed with major companies in India or abroad; or who manages medium size businesses in and around Changanacherry, an exclusive taste of community living life style.



Design

This project is designed by M/s. Sony Mathai Lalichan Architects, the top ranking architectural firm based in Kochi, who are the master brains behind major high rise apartment projects of major builders in Kochi, Kottayam and Trivandrum (www.smlarchitects.com).

In total we have 8 apartments on offer of 2BHK size. However, we can adjust our apartment layout on any floor, to give the customer an added advantage of owning a 3BHK / 4BHK by combining two flats into one.

We have blended tradition and new generation life style by ensuring compliance to VASTU Principles in our overall project layout. Like our previous project, our VASTU Expert, Shri. Govindan Naboothiri (Hari) of Kanjirapally Ellam, Thiruvalla has endorsed our design layout.

    All Structural R.C.C works shall comply with IS 456 Standards and other latest relevant IS Codes.

  • +Solid Masonry Block Works

    External walls and Internal walls shall be made of 200mm thk. and 100mm thk. solid masonry blocks respectively with CM 1:5.

  • +Plastering works

    Cement Mortar plaster for inside and outside walls.

  • +Flooring

    Common Areas, Living Rooms & Bed Rooms: Vitrified tiles of size 60cm x 60 cm manufactured by reputed companies shall be used for flooring.

    Toilets & Bath Rooms: Anti-skid ceramic tiles for flooring and glazed tiles up to ceiling.

  • +Doors

    Teak wood front door for each apartment. Hardwood frames with mould flush door shutters for inside doors. PVC Moulded doors for toilets.

  • +Windows

    Powder coated Aluminum Frames with M.S Grills and Glass.

  • +Kitchen

    Granite platform, stainless steel sink and glazed tile dadoing upto 2′ height above the platform.

  • +Toilet

    Antiskid ceramic tile flooring and glazed tile upto ceiling. Concealed piping and white colored sanitary ware, quality C.P fittings and mixers. Provision for geyser and exhaust fan. .

  • +Electricity

    Three phase connection with independent energy meter. Concealed wiring of ISI mark cables with modular switches controlled by ELCB and MCB.
